Campground Rules & Regulations - Monthly Campers

We want all of our guests to have a safe, relaxing stay. Please respect your neighbors, our campground facilities, and the environment.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

RV Sites:

Check-in Time: 2 p.m.

Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.

PERMITTED OCCUPANTS

All RV/Tent site reservations include a maximum of 2 adult and 2 kids (12 or under) campers unless otherwise stated. Rates are based on the maximum occupancy of the site. The individual reserving the site must be a minimum of 18 years of age and be physically present at the time of check in. All monthly campers must complete a monthly inquiry form and be approved and scheduled to camp at the campground by Management. All campers on the site must be registered with the office. Failure to do so can result in removal from the campground.

Any additional campers over the age of 12 will be an additional $120/month.

VISITORS

Campers are responsible for their visitors. Each visitor must register at the Campground Office and pay the visitor fee, which is $8 per person, per day. Visitors may stay overnight following their day access, as long as the site does not exceed the maximum number of occupants. Visitors can attain entry onto the Campground by calling the Office and receiving the temporary gate code. Campers SHOULD NOT provide gate codes or share gate access cards with visitors. Doing so can result in immediate removal from the Campground. 

Visitors must also abide by all Campground rules.

PRICING POLICY

G&R Campground reserves the right to change pricing at any time. All monthly camping fees paid by credit card will incur a 4% credit card processing fee.  

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are prohibited for weather condition, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within 1 year from the date the reservation credit was issued. All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used - no exceptions. 

AMENITIES & FACILITIES

Terms for Pool Use

NEVER SWIM ALONE. At least one adult, 18 years of age or older, must be present whenever this swimming facility is in use.

  • Don’t drink alcohol and swim.

  • Only use this facility during posted hours of operation.

  • IN AN EMERGENCY, CALL 911.

  • Children less than 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (an adult who is responsible for the children and their behavior).

  • THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION.

 

GENERAL RULES

QUIET HOURS

Our quiet time is from 11 p.m. - 8 a.m. daily, but please be courteous to your fellow guests during all hours of the day. During quiet hours, there is no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, or other loud noises allowed. The use of generators are not permitted on the property. We do enforce a curfew - anyone under 18 years of age may not leave their site or rental after 11 p.m. unless it is to and from restroom facilities accompanied by an adult.

RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOR

Please be considerate of your neighbors' privacy and space. Do not walk on or pass through the site of another guest. Respect our local culture, wildlife, and other guests. All children are to be under parental supervision at all times. 

Please stay within the boundaries of your campsite. No trespassing, parking, or impeding upon a neighboring or vacant site is permitted.

SMOKING & ALCOHOL

There is no smoking allowed in cabin rentals, campground owned RVs, restroom and shower facilities, the pool, indoor facilities, common areas, or any outdoor amenities. Smoking is allowed on your own site as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking age adults as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

SITE SAFETY

Fires are only permitted in the fire rings provided. Please do not burn or leave trash in fire pits, and please do not move fire pits without permission from the staff. All fires must be contained to the pit/ring, and campfires are permitted from 8 a.m. to midnight. Never leave a fire unattended. 

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE

Only customary outdoor patio/lawn furniture and accessories may be left outside. Please do not remove picnic tables from their sites without campground approval. Please do not hang clothes lines or affix anything to trees.

No permanent fixtures, fences, platforms, or outdoor apparatus/equipment are permitted. Building and/or construction supplies are not to be stored outside. No excessive decor. Please limit any outdoor decor to no more than five items and ensure they’re in season. 

Trailers must be pre-approved by Management and are an additional $25/month.

One tent is permitted per site for storage/etc.

All temporary outdoor platforms must be approved by Management before being installed.

Management personnel will periodically inspect sites to assure compliance with rules.

PETS

We are a pet-friendly campground but pets may not disturb other guests, and must be cleaned up after by owners. Pet waste should be bagged and disposed of in a trash receptacle; not buried or left on vacant sites. Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside an RV, and that no pet may be left unattended outside of an RV, even on the site. Pets are not permitted in the bath houses or inside the pool fence.  Pets are the responsibility of the owner. 

Management reserves the right to remove or restrict disruptive or aggressive pets. All pets must also be up to date on vaccines, and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request. Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets if you have not already added them to your reservation during the booking process. Outdoor temporary pet gates and/or fencing is permitted with Campground management approval only.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING

Any garbage and recycling are to be put in the designated areas, garbage bins, and recycling receptacles. All cardboard boxes must be broken down before being put in the garbage or recycled.

SEWER HOOKUP

All sewer hoses must be undamaged, and sewer connections must be tight. Replacement sewer hoses can be purchased at the campground store.

WASTE WATER

The discharge of any waste water (septic or grey water) is strictly prohibited. Personal laundry and/or dishes cannot be washed in the bathhouses for sanity reasons. Formaldehyde products are not permitted.

VEHICLES

Two vehicles, inclusive of one RV, are included with each reservation as determined by G&R Campground and as space allows. Additional vehicles are $5 per day and subject to availability of parking in designated areas. All vehicles must have a parking pass from the office upon check-in. Please ensure your guest tag is visible at all times with your proper departure date. Towing is enforced at the camper’s expense. 

Issues such as flat tires, a dead battery, leaks, broken windows, or a car in poor condition, including the exterior, may not be parked within the campground. All vehicle repairs, maintenance (e.g., oil changes, lubes, etc.), and washing RVs are prohibited. Non-operational vehicles should be removed immediately. Towing is enforced at the camper’s expense. 

SPEED LIMIT

The speed limit throughout the campground is 5 miles per hour and must be maintained for the safety of all campers, bicyclists, pedestrians, and children. Please obey posted speed limits on property. Failure to obey speed limits may result in removal from the property without refund.

TRANSPORTATION

Non-motorized skateboards, scooters, roller blades, roller skates and bicycles are permitted to be utilized if they are done so in a safe and quiet manner. Motorized items such as drones, motorbikes, hover boards and similar motorized

recreational items are prohibited (no ATV or Golf Carts). Any camper with a disability or special needs that requires a motorized scooter or additional equipment should contact the Campground office prior to check-in for a reasonable accommodation variance. Documentation (ex: handicap plates, proof of liability insurance, etc.) may be required. 

GATE ACCESS

All Campers are required to utilize the gate code card for entry into the campground. Tailgating behind cars is strictly prohibited. Gate cards are required for all monthly campers and require a $50 refundable deposit. Any lost or unreturned gate cards will result in that fee not being returned. Campers SHOULD NOT provide gate codes or share gate access cards with visitors. Doing so can result in immediate removal from the Campground. 

BIKES

Don't forget your bike helmet. In addition to following local regulations, we recommend that all riders wear a helmet while riding a bicycle. Bike riders must obey the same rules of the road as a motor vehicle. Bike riding is not permitted on the premises after dusk.

FIREWORKS/WEAPONS

Fireworks, firecrackers (including sparklers), weapons, and explosives of any kind, are not permitted under any circumstances. Anyone caught with fireworks may result in removal from the property without a refund. Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited.

GENERAL CONDUCT & REMOVAL

Do not damage any property (ex: clearing sites, cutting trees, etc…) or alter the campground (ex: planting in-ground, landscaping, etc…) in any way.

Do not litter. Please keep your sites and any used common areas free of trash, clutter, and debris. All rubbish (including cigarette ends and bottle caps) should be placed in the trash bins and receptacles.

Please do not flush anything in the bath house toilets other than the toilet paper provided.

Please keep building doors closed.

Please do not tamper with the landscaping, electric, or plumbing systems.

Camp at your own risk. All campground facilities are to be used at your own risk. Management assumes no responsibility for property loss or damages. 

Household refrigerators, deep freezers, full size washers and dryers are not permitted. 

Campers and Visitors are required at all times to comply with all rules and regulations posted at the property as well as directions of the campground management. We reserve the right to remove anyone in violation of these rules and regulations from the campground.

Dial 911 in case of an emergency.

Please refer to gandrcampground.com for the latest Rules and Regulations. G&R retains the right to alter and modify any of the Rules and Regulations in keeping with the fairness and best interest of all participants. Management’s decisions in all disputes are deemed final. Violation of these rules and regulations that result in damage or destruction to G&R Campground property or threatens the safety of campground guests will result in the termination of your stay.

Additionally, management reserves all rights to terminate guests’ stay for any reason.
